龍劍偉牧師在香港出生。1985年在香港播道神學院畢業，取得神學學士。畢業後，在香港宣教會恩澤堂事奉四年，1989年，他加入香港宣教會佈道隊做領隊五年，期間於1991-1994年在中國神學研究院進修，取得道學碩士，畢業後，在香港中國播道會總會擔任教會發展助理主任一年，1995年12月轉到基督教會忠信堂做堂主任直至2002年12月。2003年，蒙神呼召，由2002年受聘至2007年底在美國羅省播道會事奉，期間2002-2004在加州國際神學研究院攻讀教牧學博士，於2004年獲頒教牧學博士學位。2008年在羅省第一華人浸信會任粵語部副牧師，2013年蒙神呼召，9月開始在拉斯維加斯基督華人浸信會做主任牧師直至2022年8月底退休，後轉為顧問牧師至2023年10月底。2024年10月再獲聘為半職代堂主任至今。
龍牧師獻身於牧會及佈道植堂有三十八年的時間，深願能盡力回應主的大使命，傳福音，建立教會，直到主榮耀的再來。
龍牧師喜歡閱讀、旅行、吹口琴、打乒乓球、游泳、認識不同文化和結交新朋友。
他和妻子 Heidi育有兩位已成年的女兒，Lydia和Judith。


Pastor Oliver Lung was born in Hong Kong. He received his first theological training in Hong Kong Evangel Seminary and graduated in 1985 with Bachelor of Theology. After graduation, he served in Hong Kong Evangelical Yan Chaak Church for four years. In 1989, he served as the Director of Every Creature Crusade for five years. Meanwhile, he pursued further theological education at China Graduate School of Theology and received Master of Divinity in 1994. Then, he served as the Associate Director of Church Development of Evangelical Free Church of China in 1994-1995. From 1995 December, he served as the Senior Pastor of Church of Faith until 2002 December. In 2002, he was called to serve in Evangelical Free Church of LA as the Pastor of the Youth and Young adults until 2007 December. Starting from 2008, he served in the First Baptist Church at Walnut as Cantonese Associate Pastor until 2013 April. Then he was called to move to Las Vegas, NV to serve in Chinese Baptist Church as Senior Pastor from 2013 September until he retired in 2002 September. Thereafter, he served as the Consultant Pastor until 2023 October. In 2024 October, he begins to serve as the Interim Senior Pastor of CBC.
For almost 38 years, Oliver devoted his life in pastoral ministry and church planting to respond to the Great Commission: reach out and build up His church until His glorious return.
Oliver enjoys reading, travels, playing harmonica, swimming, Ping Pong, learning different cultures and making new friends. He is happily married to Heidi and together they have two grown daughters, Lydia and Judith.
