Tom 於 2016 年至 2017 年首次擔任基督華人浸信會的臨時英語牧師。在此期間，他還擔任西南光明浸信會的首席牧師。 於 2019 年秋季正式加入基督華人浸信會的大家庭。

他是一位雙職牧師，其專職是一位建築設計師。

他和妻子 Joanna 於 2000 年結婚，育有兩名可愛的孩子—— Justin 和 Ariel。Justin 從 11 歲起便與他一起擔任崇拜領袖的工作。Justin 擁有上帝所賜予的，而且是 Tom 所缺乏的音樂天賦。

Tom 喜歡戶外活動、遠足、划艇、滑雪和露營。

Tom first served the Chinese Baptist Church as an interim English Pastor from 2016 to 2017. During that time he was also the lead pastor at Southwest Light Baptist Church, prior to joining the Chinese Baptist Church family in the Fall 2019.

He is a bi-vocational pastor in the career field of Architectural Designer.

Tom and his wife Joanna have been married since 2000 and have two wonderful kids – Justin and Ariel. Justin at age 11, served alongside Tom as worship leader. He has the musical gift from God that Tom lacks.

Tom enjoys the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, skiing, and camping.
